These are the 16 vital points, Kapsun Service Person will observe following points and offer a solution for the same.

 

1.COOLER LOCATION-

COOLER LOCATION WHERE IS IT KEPT HAVE SUFFICIENT AIR TO SUCK FROM THE BACKSIDE OF THE COOLING PAD, ITS DISTANCE FROM GROUND IS CHECKED IF ANY RECOMMENDATION IN KAPSUN COOLER POSITION FOR BETTER AIRFLOW IS THEN RECOMMENDED  TO CLIENT.

2.CROSS VENTILATION-

FOR PROPER AIR COOLING THE CROSS VENTILATION IS NECESSARY for THE CUSTOMER PREMISES. THE PERSON WILL RECOMMEND APPROPRIATE SOLUTION FOR THE KAPSUN ANTARCTICA AIR COOLER TO GIVE ITS FULL POTENTIAL PERFORMANCE

3.WATER SUPPLY-

Need to know what way the water is poured inside PIPE or POUR METHOD If there a pipe connected to the KAPSUN COOLER. Then it shall be of ½ inch diameter and water shall be supplied through gravity in the COOLER.

4. WATER QUALITY BEING USED

HARDNESS OF WATER IS CHECKED IF ITS VERY HIGH THE SOFTNER IS ADVISED. IF THE TURBIDITY, COLOUR, BIOLOGICAL IMPURITY IS HIGH THEN ALSO IT WILL EFFECT FUNCTIONALITY OF ANTARCTICA AIR COOLER

5.WATER INDICATOR FUNCTION-

DOES THE WATER INDICATOR CORRECTLY VISIBLE AND INDICATES THE AMOUNT OF WATER IN THE TANK IS CHECKED

6.FLEXIBLE WATER PIPE CONDITION-

FLOW OF WATER FROM THE PUMP TO DISTRIBUTIVE CHANNEL IS CHECKED. IF FLOW OF WATER IS MORE THEN it's CONTROLLED BY APPROPRIATE PINCHING BY THE PIN ON THE WATER PIPE

7.WATER SENSOR FUNCTION-

SPECIAL FEATURE OF THE ANTARCTICA AIR COOLER IS ITS PUMP DOES THIS WATER SENSOR STOP THE SUBMERSIBLE PUMP OPERATION ONCE THE LEVEL IS LOW THAN DESIRED. IF NOT ITS REPLACED

8.CONDITION OF COOLING PAD

AMOUNT OF DUST, AMOUNT OF HARNDESS IS CHECK AND IF CLEANING THE PAN OR CHANGING THE PAD BY ORIGINAL KAPSUN PAD IS SUGGESTED BY THE  SERVICE PERSON.

9.PUMP CONDITION

IS THE PUMP OPERATING CORRECTLY OR NOT, IF NOT WHAT IS RECOMMENDED CHANGING THE PUMP OR THE ROTOR IS SUGGESTED TO THE CUSTOMER AND ACTION IS DONE.

10.WATER DISTRIBUTION CHANNEL

11. 3 SPEED MOTOR CONDITION-

MOTOR SHALL NOT BE HEATED TO A CERTAIN DEGREE WHEN IN FUNCTION IS CHECKED BY THE SERVICE PERSON

12.KNOB FUNCTIONALITY-

 ON-OFF, LOUVER OPERATION AND THE PUMP DOES IT FOLLOW THE FUNCTIONS ACCURATELY IS BEING CHECKED

13.FLOAT VALVE FUNCTIONALITY

14.DRAIN PLUG CONDITION

TIGHTNESS OF DRAIN PLUG AND IF THERE IS ANY LEAKAGE IS CHECKED BY THE SERVICE PERSONNEL

15.AUTO-SWING LOUVER FUNCTION

IF THERE IS ANY PROBLEM IN LOUVER MOTOR HE CORRECTS THE AUTO-SWING PROBLEM

16..PHOTOGRAPHS-

AFTER SUCCESSFUL SERVICE THE KAPSUN PERSON WILL SHOOT SOME PHOTOGRAPH FOR THE KAPSUN COMPANY REFERENCE.
